Finely cut carrots that have been gently dried at low temperatures. This is the best way to preserve the natural quality. They provide the body with natural vitamins and trace elements. They are particularly rich in carotenes (precursor vitamin A), the availability of which is improved by oils. Carotenes improve red-brown pigmentation.
