Laminitis is a symptom triggered by various causes. Reasons can be an unbalanced diet, an overload of the musculoskeletal system or the metabolism. Reduced microcirculation in the hoof leads to inflammation of the hoof corium, which is very painful.

OxyProtect contains herbal antioxidants to neutralise free radicals. Free radicals are involved in all inflammatory processes. The antioxidants contained protect the cells, reduce stress and strengthen the immune system.
Willow bark & meadowsweet improves the flow of blood and thus blood circulation also in the hoof corium. The cells are thus better supplied with oxygen, nutrients and inflammatory mediators and the removal of CO? and destroyed cell tissue is improved. The natural salicylates contained can also serve to relieve pain.
Resin forte contains a combination of frankincense and myrrh. They are traditionally given for joint problems and to support the metabolism. The boswellic acid of frankincense has a cortisone-like effect and supports the treatment of inflammation.
