Colostrum is the first milk produced by mammals after birth. Specially purified colostral milk from cows is particularly high quality. The purified colostrum is freeze-dried for Kolsal Vital capsules. The combination of immunoglobulins (antibodies) and growth factors provides the strongest support for the immune system that nature has to offer. This enables calves to cope with all the germs in the cowshed. Kolsal colostrum contains all the amino acids, vitamins and trace elements in a balanced form, as required for growth.

We only use colostrum from cows that have been raised in a species-appropriate manner in our Kolsal Vital capsules. Furthermore, only colostrum from the first day is used. Dairy cows produce far more colostrum than a calf can drink, so the calves are not deprived of anything.

Feeding Recommendation
The daily dose depends on the weight of the dog or cat. Older animals can be given the capsules 3 times a week on a permanent basis.

Dogs:
≤ 5 kg weight: 1 capsule
15 kg weight: 2 capsules
30 kg weight: 3 capsules
≥ 40 kg weight: 4 capsules

Cats:
≤ 2 kg body weight: 1/2 capsule
4 kg body weight: 1 capsule
≥ 4 kg body weight: 2 capsules

Poultry:
Give 1 to 3 Kolsal Vital capsules per animal throughout the day.
