Lignicid has been appreciated for many years by racing pigeon breeders as a natural alternative to synthetic bath additives. Lignicid is offered diluted as bathing water, as a spray for plumage care or for treating the coop or loft. The wood vinegar is harmless for vertebrates, even young pigeons may drink from the bath water. A robust immune system of the pigeon and good basic nutrition is the be-all and end-all here. A regular bath, 1-2 times a week, with Lignicid helps the pigeons to feel well. The parasites are driven out of the house and loft and peace returns. This is an important aspect, especially in phases such as racing, mating, breeding and rearing. In the hen house, nests, perches, walls and floor are sprayed; for plumage care, the spray can be sprayed into the spread wings of the chickens.
